This edition of PawPrints includes the 2011 Membership Renewal Form. A PDF copy of the Renewal Form is also available from the Club website - please click on the "Membership Renewal Form for 2011" in our Download Forms/Flyers page (click here).

As many will know, this year the Committee decided to outsource the annual mailout of PawPrints and the Renewal Form. Those that have been involved with this annual chore will know that folding, sticky taping and labelling 700 copies of PawPrints and Renewal form is an onerous and time consuming task.

Next year the Club is likely to further streamline the process (and save paper costs) by emailing it to those Members who have supplied an email address. For example, of the 695 Members who were posted the PawPrints/Renewal Form this year, we have 562 email addresses.

Having PawPrints and the Renewal Form available from the website is a good opportunity for the Club to keep in contact with our Members and hopefully will ensure they always have access to the latest copy of PawPrints.

However, be rest assured that those who have not provided an email address will still receive posted annual copies of PawPrints and the Renewal Form. And copies of PawPrints will still be available on the grounds on Sundays.
