Instructors & Helpers Evening (March 2011)
The Club has booked the Vista Room at the Randwick Labour Club (135 Alison Rd, Randwick - click here for Google Map) for our first Instructors' & Helpers' Evening for 2011 on Wednesday 23rd March, from 7 to 9pm.
The format will be similar to our popular evening last October. In addition to general business items, an update on the review of the Adult Dog Beginners program and the chance to order your new Club Clothing, the main item for the evening will be the showing of a video on dogs and training (subject matter to be decided at next week's Committee Meeting), followed by a round table discussion on what we've seen and how we can put it into practise in our classes.
I will send reminder emails closer to the date and for those Instructors and Helpers who don't have access to email, I will be making announcements about the evening on Sundays.
Please note: There is rear lane access parking under the Labour Club - though spaces areĀ limited. When signing in, please tell the front desk that you're attending the Eastern Suburbs Dog Training Club function. If you wish to have dinner at the Labour Club before or after our meeting, then you will need to be either a club member or signed in by one (as per normal NSW Clubs rules and regs). You can also bring your dinner and drinks into the function room.
